WCHS band participated in the inaugural parade for Governor elect Morrisey and other statewide officeholders around Charleston’s East End and Capitol Complex area this past Monday. Twenty-two bands including those from West Virginia and Marshall universities marched and performed during this celebration. Awesome job band, we are proud of you.
